They are very helpful and very nice. They will try their best to answer any questions you have. I really like the workers.

Not the worst I have seen, but could be so much better. The finches I saw were huddled together in the bottom of a filthy cage shaking, that is inexcusable as many people work there. The clerks you speak with don't know when they will get anything, so no use asking.

I've bought my bunny, Benny, my dog, Bama, and all my fish and I'm completely satisfied.

I do not understand how this pet store can still be in business when they allow sick, starving and dying animals to be put out for sale. Please buyer beware and do not purchase anything from this store. Boycott them and help get them shut down. No animal deserves to suffer and die at the hands of inhumanity.

Stopped by on vacation with my husband, and saw the saddest sick little lizard :( broke my heart! When I asked about him I was scowled and told he was "just fine" and that he was feisty... I would be too had I been that Ill and then handled! I don't live in the area, but I don't want others to see what I did!

Why is it You get someone experienced with reptiles in your store and tell you something is wrong with one and you refuse to listen??? The lizard was so neglected he looked scale and bones!!! And then you have the nerve to post a video of the (still emaciated!!) lizard trying desperately to get away because you holding it is probably causing pain.

Then to top it all off they deleted both the video and pictures from their page to hide the obvious neglect. Seems guilty to me! The picture is all over the web now and so is the message of

Bought a cockapoo puppy from this store in 1995. Was one of the best things I've ever done in my life. Next week, that same pooch turns 17 (in people years). She's healthy, happy, and has been a joy to me every single day. I thank God for this store selling me something that has been absolutely priceless.
