I was looking for a moped and had seen this location a few times so I stopped in. Chris was very helpful and informative and told me what the down payment and monthly payment cost was going to be. He then sent me to their main sales location, which is in the NWA mall. When I arrived I was told to talk to someone named Hasseim I believe.



He gave me totally different numbers and basically brushed me away and didn't have any interest in helping me any further. I told him he should talk to Chris because certain guidelines has already been in place for my purchase.



He basically told me he would talk to Chris because Chris was wrong and that was that. He then called me about a half hour later and said he had talked to Chris and he was deeply apologetic and wondered if I would be interested in coming back and working something out, after I had already drove to see Chris, then to the mall to see him and then turned away.



I told him thanks for the apology but I was not interested in doing business with him. If people were able to buy from Chris I think they would have far more sales.

Chris is a very friendly laid-back Salesman! Made me feel comfortable while I took my time browsing through all the different scooters at their store! I look forward to seeing the new shipments at the Mall on Tuesday!
