Bed Bath & Beyond

Just had an encounter with a wonderful associate of bed bath and beyond in Fayetteville, Ga named Greg. This young man not only helped me with my benson bar stools that I purchased, but made sure that I was signed up to receive the coupons and alerts of sales. He did not hesitate to bring my heavy items to the car and secure for the drive home. I appreciate that type of customer service and will definitely be back because of it.

I wanted a Samsonite bag I found on the website and I made sure that they were in stock at this location. I was in there for 30 minutes and no one could figure out where the bag was. I thought it was very unprofessional that an entire staff could not locate 6 bags.
