Builder's Insulation

I hired Tim to reinsulate some buildings I own and his guys half way did the job. One of them was only insulated down the middle with none on the sides which made the walls inside sweat . I was promised over and over he was going to make it right but never showed up and quit taking my calls ! Buyer beware ? No service after the check is cashed!
