        Super experience. Although I was unable to salvage my existing trimmer, Gabe and the staff at Fayette Mower were extremely helpful and assisted in getting me setup with a new one at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

        Overall

        Called to inquire about getting my mower picked up for repair. Said they would call me back. Waited a week - nothing. Phoned again and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning pick up. No one came. Called them at noon. Said they'd be here in an hour. Two hours later, they called to say they could not make it. Customer service fail.
