Great experience!!! We had to wait a few days because of the rain but well worth the wait. Terry and his guys came out and installed our new septic system quickly and professionally, and they got it done in 1 day!!! I would highly recommend Longs Backhoe & Grading to anyone needing a new septic system.
Contacted company at the end of February, was told they couldnt come out for two to three weeks. Asked to be placed in schedule book. 3 weeks passed and i hadnt heard from them so i contacted them via phone. I was told i was next on the schedule. Every week i contacted them and was told they would be coming out the following week. I chose to stop contacting them at the beginning of May and have never heard back from them. So I wasted approximately two and a half months trying to get my drain field replaced and ultimately had to find another company. I would have understood if they were too busy to take the job but they should have been upfront with me from the beginning. If they had told me initially it will 3 months before we can come out I would have sought a different contractor.
