Richard D. Hobbs & Associates

Very unpleased with my recent experience with Mr. Hobbs. There was often a disconnect between him and his employees. When I would call to check on the status of my case, he would ask me to bring him up to speed on where we are and what we discussed last time. I do not like working with someone who asks me the client to bring him up to speed. His team is pleasant but are no "go getters" I felt as though I was always the one calling and checking on the status or reminding them to send something in or obtain a record. Over all I wouldn't recommend or use Mr. Hobbs again. His firm also released information about my case to an individual that was not related to me and that made me uncomfortable, I also feel I didn't get the compensation I was entitled to and I think this is because Mr. Hobbs did not view my case equally as other larger cases.

After my husbands accident, he was put through lots of pain and suffering. If it had not been for Mr. Hobbs and his staff, I don't know what we would have done. Turning all of our worries over to them, knowing they would take care of us, made our lives much easier. They had our complete confidence. Our case was handled with courteous and professional care. Their caring and kind help will never be forgoten.

I would have given no stars if i could. i got 2 phone calls from Richard from the date of the accident until its anniversary last week. He talks up a good game, and he will give you his - "i drop clients, i don't get dropped by clients" speech. well guess what YOU'VE JUST BEEN DROPPED. i called him every week for awhile to keep up with my case. and when i saw it wasn't going anywhere after several months I lit a fire under his @ss. and got meager results ! do you know what he told me ???? he apologized and said my case fell through the cracks, he has another client by my name (REALLY DUDE???) and there are cases that are more important than mine. blah blah blah. yapping his gums again ! needless to say i got tired of the crap and called my case handler who is his associate and requested my medical documents- SHE ARGUED with me for 10mins that i didn't need them, and she could tell me what they said. i ended the conversation by telling her that she would never pay a high cell phone bill without seeing the actual bill and all the itemized charges first. AT THAT POINT I was DONE. I took the information of another lawyer and i haven't looked back since.

His display of professionalism coupled with is genuine concern for what was in his client's best interest, gained my absolute trust. In light of that, he informed me of things I needed to know after an injury, and every question and concern was appropriately addressed without delay. Additionally, his staff was kind, courteous, and efficient with helping me and returned my calls promptly. I called Mr. Hobbs on a Sunday. He was very professional and informative. I was very impressed. It was a Sunday and he made an appointment with me to see me that day! Once I met his staff they were very courteous and helpful. Mr. Hobbs and his staff always addressed my issues and concerns. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case and he will always be my family lawyer.

I have been a client of Richard Hobbs for several years. He is not only a good attorney but he is a loving friend. He has never taken advantage of his clients who are vulnerable and weakened by whatever tragedy has struck them. He treats them like family not like dollar signs as you will find with most attorneys.
