Hook's Oxygen & Medical Equipment

Not a good company for C-Pap or Bi-pap supplies. Mismatched my supplies & then won't help me when replacement supplies come to know correct sizing. No support for their own errors. No returns if open to check supplies....so you are at their mercy. I would not recommend them....if given a choice.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. My machine has not work for over a month and I have had it less than 60 days. Company has given me the run around and has even transfer me to Forida and I live in Ohio !!!!!! I have been told 4 times I will be called back that day. ????! Florida great people , they have called for me and told me to call them back the next day if they haven't called! They have done that 3 times, still waiting !!!! Called Columbus sleep doctors 4 times, you think they would be worried since they are the ones that order me this michine , nope. I guess they just wanted me to spend money and my insurance company on a disease I don't have. Oh and I am still being billed for monitoring ??? Maybe the person Monitoring me should see a sleep doctor
