The complex caters to those who have issues getting housing elsewhere, but be aware the management has the right, and more often than not, to inspect the apartments with no warning and writes tenants up for even the slightest infraction. Rent is excessively high(class A complex rate for a class C apartment unit) without benefit of a decent laundry facility. Other amenities include a central, but a very basic and underpowered and under-performing central heating and air unit. Maintennace person seems reasonably capable, but manager seems incompetent and not understanding while being extremely irritating.
