Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies

In May I purchased a Hayward salt system via Amazon and got an estimate for installation from Leslie's. After several phone calls and in-store visits, I finally got an installtion date and time in July. They called on the morning of the appointment to tell me they won't install a system not purchased from Leslie's. Really!!!! Jack me around for two months and then cancel? Abominable! I will not set foot in Leslie's again.

After consecutive uncomfortable visits to another pool store in Germantown I walked into Leslie s Pool. The difference was remarkable. I was met with a friendly, knowledgeable staff who answered every question without the feeling of my being rushed.



That change to Leslies was seven years ago and I have never been happier. And, did I mention . . . I found their prices were much lower than the competition.
