I have been buying and trading with game stop on Warner and Val vista road for about five years and this year after purchasing a brand new Wii gaming system, new extra paddles, brand new Epic mickey for my daughter, brand new Donkey Kong Returns, and brand new Guitar Hero bundle package, I purchased a brand new Wii black ops($54.39 after tax) for my 10 year old son for Christmas. On Christmas day he opened it and found out that the Wii version is a bit different from the PS3 version and didn't like the Wii version so I called the manager at the store and the only thing she would offer me is an eighteen dollar in store credit and told me that other people know what they are buying before they open it, as if I were supposed to be a gaming professional or possibly my son should have been. This policy and this store is the reason I am making the decision to start shopping for gaming systems and games at Walmart and other retailers because Walmart is cheaper plus they would have understood a customers delima and allowed at least an even trade for a game of equal value instead of hustling the customers who make it possible for them to exist. Unless you simply don't care about wasting your time, money or good customer service. Please do yourself a favor and do not shop at Gamestop!!!!!
