My fiancee and i went to the romanos jewelers in glendale and we found the ring we had both longed for i was sooooo excited. After just 20 minutes we had been approved!..when the billl came i was frustrated because i thought they had messed up my accounts. then when i had visited the store their office manager Annie had assured me shed take care of everything and we had nothing to worry bout. And she of course had taken care of everything within the next 5 minutes. They had amazing customer service and treated alll their clients with utmost respect. they even brought us water and coffee for making us wait soo long. now when i need jewelery ill know were to go=]
