Fuji Japanese Steakhouse

This is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants. She loves to have them cook in front of us. They entertain and the sushi is good. They have a lunch special everyday.

I've eaten here many times and overall, I've had wonderful experiences, which is why I'm giving it a 4 star rating. Prices are very reasonable. The sushi is delicious and I've never had any issues until this evening, when I tried to place a To-Go order over the phone. I was trying to explain to the girl that I wanted the sushi Yummy Dinner for Two (which is on the menu) and asked a question regarding whether or not a certain roll I'm fond of was on the Yummy Dinner for Two. She was only familiar with the hibatchi for two meals and couldn't answer my question. The only "complaint" I can give is staff members lack of knowledge on the menu and what they are serving. A customer should never know the menu better than the server or staff.

If you have disabilities, DO NOT GO! Denied service because one of our group members uses a service animal.

Me and My boyfrriend always have ate at kabutos and have tried Kobe in Nashville!! Kobe was not my favorite they have the bean sproutsand were VERY PRICY where Kabutos and Fuji have your veggies like broccoli and mushrooms and zucchini so we thaught we would try Fuji and it was GREAT!!!! the prices were AWESUM!! compared to Kabutos we saved about 20.00 that terrefic...and the cook was much more entertaining as well... you will not be dissapointed....We will be going to Fuji from now on...the sauces were AWESUM as well!!! Try it you will like it.. i work 20 miles from there and going to call in a order for lunch one day a week from Fuji and Eat it when i get back...LOL

If you are looking for a fun dining experience then Fuji is the place for you. I travel extensively and I try japanese steak house in other city's as well as every other japanese steak house in the Nashville area and no one can compare to the quality and friendliness of Fuji. It is wourth the drive to Goodlettsville north of Nashville. Sauces are all great and the ginger dressing made my husband eat salad for the first time.

Everything I have had at Fuji has been great. The prices and quality are A+. My whole family enjoysour trips to Fuji. They make the sauces from sratch and and the house dressing is awesome.

The food quality is exceptional for both sushi and hibachi. Lunch special and early bird specials make japanese style dining affordable. My wife and I go at least once per week. Fuji in Goodlettsville, TN has become our favorite place to eat. Strongly recommend.
