Terrible Wal-Mart





This Wal -Mart in particular is probably the worst one I have ever been to. To begin, it's location is difficult to get to and if you use A1A to return home, you must perform a U turn a few blocks down after leaving Wal-Mart. Very inconvenient. So when you enter the parking lot, you realize parking is terrible and the lot itself is full of garbage. I would never wear sandals to this place. You will then enter the store and hope a functional cart is available. Most likely you will grab one with a broken wheel if there even is one. As you shop you will see how disorganized and cluttered the store is. Also, you will notice that they tend to be out of stock for many items on your list. If you come after 9PM you will have a nice driving course. Trying to maneuver around pallets and employees is quite difficult. Finally, you will checkout. Last time this took 45 minutes because they only have 3-5 cashiers at a time and the lines build up quickly. The employees are not nice and incompetent. The best part of the experience is leaving, and due to high prices of other stores, you are forced to return in the near future.

Unprofessional, not helpful, and employees are uneducated to provide good customer service in dealing with prescription sales and service. cheap prescriptions should not mean cheap service
