Overall

This is the worst trash pickup company I have ever seen! They lie repeatedly. If there are favorable comments below they must be the company posting fake reports. This business appears to be operating out of a home using a PO Box. Getting someone on the phone is next to impossible, and she will lie to you when you do get her. They have lied to me for two months now trying to get them to fix my garbage can lid which they damaged. I now have rats going in the can. Next stop, going to the county commission to see if I can get them banned from operating here in this county, after I get a few other customers to go with me.

This place is ridiculous. I paid for a full years of service on August 5, they did not pick up my trash on the 7th like they said. I then told them I wanted my money back and they told me they would have to talk to the manager because they normally do not issue refunds and that they would return my call, a week goes by and I hear nothing from them so I call them the following Monday and told them that it was fine if they could not issue a refund to go ahead and pick up my trash. That was on August 19th. They did not come get my trash on August 21st, I called them August 22nd and I was told that I would be number one on their list, first to be picked up. I then spoke with my boyfriend who informed me they still had not picked up my trash around 4:30pm on Thursday. The office is supposed to be open until 5pm so I tried calling. Someone picked up, then hung up every time I tried. Friday morning I finally got to speak with someone to ask for my refund. The woman on the phone told me that she would have to call the driver and make sure he had not been out to my address to pick up my trash. I called several hours later for her to tell me she needed to make sure the other driver hadn’t picked my trash up in the past month, never heard anything back and again no one would answer the phone after 4pm. Monday, August 26th, I was told they would be issuing a credit and it would take 2 to 3 days. We are now going on the third day of me waiting on my refund, trash building up at my house and still nothing.

signed up for service on 4/2/13, prepaid for a quarter, and requested auto draft be set up. The first pick up (4/5) was no problem, however last week our garbage was not picked up at all. I called the office on Monday and gave my name and address and was told that it would be looked into and never heard back. I called Tuesday and was told that they would have someone out that day to pick it up...... no one showed up. I called Wednesday and was told that they could credit back a week or would send someone out to pick up if we needed it. I called back and asked them to please send someone out Wednesday rather than a credit since we were already on autodraft. Again no one showed. I attempted to call several times throughout the day on Thursday only to get the voice mail every time. Friday as of 3pm, my trash has now been sitting in front of my house piling up, I call the office again to be told that we were one of the last stops on the route (which I find interesting since I got the number from the garbage truck that just 2 weeks ago was in my neighborhood at around 11am). She told me to call the office back at 3:30 if it still had not been picked up. I have called NON-STOP since 3:30 (it is now 4:36) and have gotten either voice mail or a busy signal EVERY TIME. Finally got an email at 5:01 saying that she was out of the office and to email her my number and that she sent some man in a pickup truck to the the trash. I was out watering my flowers and he never even attempted to apologize or even look my direction. He had a pissed off look on his face, slammed around the trash can, and sped off..... It is now Tuesday and I have yet to get a call, in fact the phone lines have been busy every time I have called since 3pm Last Friday. I understand mistakes are made and if someone had made the slightest attempt to apologize for their mistake I could overlooked this. Completely unprofessional!
