Napoli Pizza

Great pizza and delivery. We love the giant 30" pizza. I use them every time I have a pizza party at the house.

I have ordered them plenty of times before. This time I ordered the fried calamari and to my dismay I got fish sticks which are not the same. I called the store was on hold for five minutes, but that's beside the point. The guy asked if I wanted anything else but I don't see the point I live kinda far from the store and I had to come back. I'm just really really annoyed I got fish and not calamari. And I'm annoyed I paid nin dollars for something I'm throwing in the trash.

ordered lasagna it was hard and very small portion for 16.99 called manager told him lasacna was hard he stated he would give me credit for lasanga and than as he hung up he said hr gave me 5.00 credit what a joke dont eat here

Would of given it 5 stars cuz there food is amazing BUT the ladies that work there are also so rude that I shouldn't even of given it a 3. They have no personality and it seems like you shouldn't be talking to them whenever you order. TERRIBLE customer service aside the food is actually very good! Someone tell the ladies that people are unemployed smile while they are on the clock!

Watch out for the delivery fee. The menu says $1.50, online $2.50 when delivered it was $3.50, When I questioned this they said it was determined by the distance. I use to be a regular customer, not any more.

Took 1 1/2 hours for my pizza and mozzarella sticks to arrive, and when they did everything was cold! I called and complained and was hung up on! Will never order from there again! They came to my development and hung flyers on the door. If they couldn't deliver there within a decent amount of time they shouldn't offer delivery!!!!
