Regal Cinemas Sunset Station 13 & IMAX

I went to see Inception in the regular theater and the screen had a hole in it. Then, I saw it in IMAX, and it was not a good experience either... just loud. I look forward to buying the DVD so that I can enjoy the movie on my system at home.

The bowling center at Sunset Station has the worst customer service we've encountered in sometime. We've been bowling there since the center opened, and their customer service seems to get worse as time goes by. The young ladies that run the check in desk are miserable in their work, and have no problem letting customers know it. Little consideration is given to long time customers.



We've purchased a number of items through your pro-shop, whose staff are very friendly and customer service driven. Perhaps they could teach a thing or two to the ladies at the check in desk. When it comes to assigning lanes, it never fails that we are placed between families with toddlers on both sides and the parents do nothing to control them. Bowling etiquette information should be given to families so that they know what should be expected. Also, perhaps families with young children should all be assigned lanes in the same area so that actual bowlers can enjoy their sport.



For the time being, my husband, friends, and I will be patronizing bowling establishments that are better managed.
