would NOT recommend this place to anyone with kids or anyone that is heavy set. if you walk on eggshells and make NO noise at all whatsoever when you walk, then you MIGHT enjoy living here, but only if you live by the right neighbors, I would NOT recommend living upstairs in building 4 because the black guy living downstairs WILL call the cops on you DAILY complaining about noise, even if there is no noise in your apartment, he has called the cops on us DAILY, even while we were sleeping, and while we were sitting down to dinner.
