Bad place to work.
Screwed mangers out of vacation time and medical.
Team members with Hiv.
Roaches in the building and exterior on heater room.
Managers drinking with Team members
Drugs in the building.
AD does not respect vacation time .
I was promised my 3 weeks vacation then when asked about it .They stated we do not sand bag vacations.
But all GM's and Management do it .

Team members do not abide about business laws and they
over serve the guest or labor laws working off the clock they do that also.

I call in my order of about $25. I was told that it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. I arrive to get my order and when I finally spoke to someone it had been twenty minutes. No order, not in the computer, not being prepared. They had the nerve to offer me a free entree if I would wait another ten minutes. Um, no. Oh yeah, I was asked if I was sure I had called the correct Chili's. I read off the number and the lil guy turns and ask a co-worker if that was their number. Seriously!

No happy hour, and doesn't like to participate in many Chili's specials... Other than that it's okay.. but you don't get the bargain you expect from Chili's :/

Founded in 1975, Chili s Grill & Bar is a chain of restaurants with a location in Jacksonville, Ark. The restaurant s chicken special includes tacos, margarita grilled chicken, Chicken Crispers, Cajun chicken pasta and Monterey Chicken. Its seafood menu offers shrimp, salmon and tilapia. The restaurant additionally provides several party platters of lettuce wraps, boneless buffalo wings, fajitas, grilled baby back ribs, turkey sandwiches and house salad bowls. Chili s Grill & Bar also serves the local communities and offers sponsorships for various organizations that include St. Jude Children s Research Hospital. Its starters menu includes Awesome Blossom, nachos, boneless shanghai wings, and spinach and artichoke dips. The restaurant also serves soups, salads, steaks, quesadillas, burgers and desserts.
