Dr. Roberds is such a great doctor. He doesn't treat his patients as if their another pay check but treats us all w respect and kindness and is always professional and kind. The staff there is also kind and professional and great. I would refer everyone I know to them.

I was a patient of Dr. Hayes for about a year. One time I had questions regarding a prescription I was taking, so I called his nurse and left a message. I never received a call back. I was able to talk to Dr. Hayes directly about my prescription but I had to actually see him to do it, which cost me a co-pay when I feel it wasn't necessary. Dr. Hayes is ok but he spends very little time with me when I see him. I am giving the clinic a low rating for the following: A friend of mine recommended Dr. Richie, so I called the clinic and asked if they could switch me over from Dr. Hayes to Dr. Richie. They asked for a reason so I gave them several. They came back later and told me they would not let me become a patient of Dr. Richie. I do not see that it is unreasonable to request to see a different physician if you aren't happy with who you have been seeing. Eventually I left the clinic and found a better doctor.
