I called in a pickup order at 6:45, they said it would be ready by 7:15. So I arrived at 7:15 to find that there were 10 people ahead of me with only 1 genious behind the counter processing orders, filling drinks and running paper, yes I said PAPER, tickets back to the pizza makers. Misread something here or there, you get a different order, on PAPER. Dan - This is the 21st century, spend some money on an electronic order entry system.



So I wait 20 minutes for the genious to get to me, all the while, finally another rocket scientist shows up and starts asking, DOES ANYONE HAVE TAKEOUT? Where was this twit 20 minutes ago? Did the brain cell finally go off? There is 1 cash register and 1 moron in charge behind the counter and every few weeks, there are always new people working there, do you see a pattern......do yourself a favor, go to Al's for the better quality food with people who care and who look like the showed up to work in a restaurant.

Moon River Pizza is the best pizza you will ever buy. It's worth the drive and money.

I normally eat at the Fernandina location but popped into this one too and luckily its as fantastic as the other

Pizza is great but the service & atmosphere is absolutely one of a kind. Any issues are handled with a smile & without having to ask. # 1 in customer service!
