Better Buy Glass Mirror & Screen Co

Just got off the phone with here, thanking them for helping me out. I currently reside in the Coblestone Apartments and had an object of some sort, maybe a rock or who knows..never found it, but i knew it was better buy because of the technicians' uniforms. They were very responsive and respecting to my concerns and needs. I know the complex wouldnt review them, but I felt that they deserved a lil bit of recognition..sad to say i forgot the techs' names.

Very pleased with my results from dealing with this company. Somewhat professional over all, but id recommend some more in-person conversation.

Compared to all other companies we received quotes from and these people know how to rid you of your glass and frame problems. I really liked the way that they seemed to care and consistently wanted to help. Lastly, with what most companies lack the ability to execute, BBG answered all of my questions and products were delivered and installed in a timely manner.

I just had my first experience with Better Buy and I am so very pleased with every single person I dealt with- Michelle, Chad, Jennifer. The communication was so important to us and we had a deadline. Michelle was more than happy to help me every time I called (and I called a lot) and Chad's attention to detail was impressive. The quality of the window he and his co-worker installed today is excellent and it fit like a glove. They were courteous and professional and took the time to explain anything I had questions. I know where I'm going the next time I need glass repair or replacement.

Service time was very quick and after a couple days, the requested technician arrived as promised. Their end of closing the deal as impressed me into a loyal customer now.

After competitors have tried to hurt the reputation of this dedicated beloved company, who I've done business with since Larry Sr shortly after opening. Nice people to get to know and allow to show their true skills and workforce in helping anything dealing with glass.
