        We bought our grandson a phone in December. Said our rebate would be 4 to six weeks. Called today Feb 9. We don't qualify for rebate?? Went into store and another new person said oh that guy got fired. Should be good enough. Always a new person every time we go in. Can't get billing auto pay right. Always pay more. Never buying extras in store. Charge different prices for different people.
