Friendly trying but dangerously unskilled people in the hunting department. ...after my sons bow arrived, I had them tune and set up done....I asked specifically for an experienced clerk to do my 11 year olds bow.
The young man assured me he is a pro....NOT SO!!
After we came home and shoot the bow a few days later the cams where loose and ready to fall off....forgot one screw and did not tighten the others correctly....bow was completely off and arrows fish tailed....my son could have been hurt....there is NO EXCUSE for being a fool arround weapons....these people need much better training or work in the tennis shoe department! !!!!!!
Get better people for better service....

I stay away from these stores from now on....period!!

I wanted a very specific thing advertised in their ad for my husband. When I went the first time, it had not yet come in to the store so they took my name and number to call me when it arrived. I kept checking back and eventually the item arrived - without a phone call. When I called the store I was advised they were sold out. I have been by the store several times and each time I get told "Oh we just had one come in but I think we sold it already." They have my name and directions to hold one for me, but so far no follow through.
