David was truly a pleasure to deal with in the repair of my TV. He is very open and honest businessman. He diagnosed the issue without charging me. Allowing me to determine if I wanted to repair the TV. David even went the extra mile and gave me the part numbers needed so I could help find the lowest price. Together, David and I were able to find the parts and got the TV repaired very inexpensively. And the picture quality on my plasma hasn't looked this good in years. Thanks David!

Highly recommend. He's a very genuine and decent fellow and he doesn't charge to look at your television like most tv repair shops do. If your TV stops working (any kind of TV), take it to him first to see if he can fix it. If he can, he'll save you alot of money in the long run.

Ammons & Brown TV Service is one of the most formative and professional service company my family has every used. David, has always shown up or called if there is a problem with him being at my house. Over the many years that I have used him, I have never had any problem, even when he was out of work with a triple bypass he called from home , when he got our message off the machine to let us know it would be a few weeks before he could work. And he always said he could try and find us someone else if we wanted him to. Emergency comes up in everyones life and we all should remember this. Ammons TV is the Best in Knoxville. Honest and dependable.

DO NOT USE THEM! I called the owner (David) for a service call to fix my TV. He said that he would be available at 5 p.m. Needless to say he never showed up. I called him to confirm the appointment, but I was sent to voicemail several times. He is totally unprofessional. Think twice before you call this place. The business also goes by the name of Broadway TV's.
