The owner of Aquatic Marine in Knoxville, TN, lacks professional courtesy and the skills to deal with any sort of conflict and is one-sided in his beliefs. His communication style is quite aggressive and dismissive, which makes it hard to have an open and honest conversation with him. I was lied to, yelled at, taken advantage of, and had promise after promise broken. I would heed with caution in dealing with them.

This store is an excellent place to buy livestock and some non-live items. They have a large selection of healthy and reasonably priced fish and plants I would not suggest them for filters and such due to their prices but they have a decent selection. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
