Worst customer service ever. Pizza was overpriced and just ok. I will never return.

Really terrible service. The pizza was good but we had a problem using a coupon. When I asked for the manager and explained it to her, she was as unhelpful as the cashier. Really a turn off for me and they lost my business for life!

They may have good food, I wouldn't know. I called on a Wedneday evening to place an order to be picked up after being on hold for almost 6 minutes, I hung up and called back. They were unconcerned about my wait when I said maybe I should call one of their competetors they acted as if that was fine. If they don't need my business I guess that is good for them but I won't be putting out a good word for them and will pass along my experience. i called back and asked for the manage when I relayed my experience to her she was equaly unimpressed said a quick sorry and hung up. I won't call again.
