Sheriffs Department

After several complaints by myself, neighbors, etc., no one is doing anything about my neighbors boyfriend selling drugs out of the apartment across the hall from me. I have a 7 year old, and we live 2 buildings over from an elementary school and still nothing. What does it take to get some action around here? Do we need to wait on our children to pick up drugs someone dropped on the ground? Do we wait until our children become dealers themselves? Or do we wait until some crackhead decides to rob the dealer and open fire at anything in his way?
