        Their service is great unless you need a repair. My phone has been gone for over 6 weeks. US Cellular can't give any updates for 3 weeks then can't give you an update for the next 3 weeks to the phone except that they are ordering parts from Motorola. They give you a cheap phone for a replacement phone which is nowhere comparable to the phone you brought in for servicing. US Cellular told me that I need to call Motorola if I need more information when I demand to have answers. Motorola hung up on me 1 by Raymond and when I call back and get Henry. They can't help me except to tell me that I need a Material Authorization Number.



        You can't get to a live representative at a US Cellular Store EVER. I have been on the phone for over an hour between US Cellular and Motorola. I still don't have an answer to any of my questions for when My phone will be returned.
