I love coming here. I feel bad cuz I can't remember the guy's name but he's great. Professional, very nice, remembers me & what products I like & most importantly he knows his products & can guide you in the right direction for whatever product will work best for you.
My boyfriend can be hard to please when it comes to retail stores but he was impressed by Cloud9. He says the guy really knows his stuff.

I have an alien smok and the stock tank and coils weren't blowing enough smoke and it was real harsh so the guy there introduced me to the Prince v12 tank and coils I made the switch and wow what a difference the staff there were really friendly and knowledgeable cloud 9 has great prices too!

I love this place great selection good price super nice staff. and I got a beautiful water pipe they have a quality product I recommend to everybody in the neighborhood in my friends too
