Burchett Ford

Took my 08 Explorer in for warranty repairs. The Service Dept was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. They helped me get to work and even came and picked me up when my Explorer was ready. I have never received this level of customer service anywhere! You guys rock! Thanks!!!

I had my '98 Expedition's tires replaced, balanced, and front end alingned at Burchett. Burchett was very competitive in their pricing and there were no hidden costs. I'd been very dissatisfied with front end alignements at other places in the past, but Burchett has a mechanic named "Scott" that really knows the finer points of alignments and did a very good job. Their whole staff from the time I called until I drove away were courteous and friendly and patient. I usually would not go to a dealer because I thought their prices were more expensive, but I learned it's not always so. I recommend Burchett's guy in a heartbeat.
