First time to eat here, but definitely not the last! Live in Gallatin, TN for 7 years. Been looking for good Chinese food and tonight I found it. Better than PF Chang’s. Great fresh food, great service and in a typical Southern atmosphere at a reasonable price.
Me and my family, as well as my friends have eaten at Pe King and it has been our favorite Chinese place for over 10 years now! My daughters even love it and they are about as picky as you can get! Always great prices! I never have to call and ask our total because I already know it lol. They are always so nice and clean! Other places could learn from them! And they are only closed on Mondays!
At one time I ate at this restaurant 2 or 3 times a week. They are that good. I had to change my eating out habits due to relocation but any time I'm in Lebanon it's Peking for me. Chicken Fried Rice enough for two, possibly 3 for the price of 1 dinner, no not even dinner, the cost of 1 lunch. Try them if you get the chance.
Best chinese food in town and surrounding areas! Prices are good too. Friendly workers and servers.

Provided by CitysearchI am transplant from CA and used to much better, but we knew we hads to try the locals sometime!
My husband and I tried this place out and it was surprisingly decent, but about what we expected.
The veggies seemed not quite fresh enough and the fried rice was very plain. There was not a lot of flavor, which was also a little sad. The sweet and sour chicken dish was on the right track, using very little coating/breading in the long run and lots of tender chicken. Again, the bland flavors left us both a little disappointed.
The vegetable and seafood dish we tried was OK at first, but later there was a definite sense that is stayed with you, and not in a good way.
We may eat here again, being careful in our choices, when local chinese is the only thing that sounds palatable.
