        Not a bad choice to eat when in Lenoir City. There's plenty of choices on their menu. 3-5 stars depending on the visit.

        The food was absolutely awful and disgusting. I am Italian, born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA where you can find REAL AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FOOD and we decided to try out the Gondolier in Clinton, TN where we live because I believe everyone deserves 1 chance to get it right but this restaurant just got it all wrong. The marinara sauce (hardly) tasted like someone opened up a can of tomato paste and poured it in a bowl and the white pizza had no garlic and no taste. In fact it was like chewing gum. I invite all owners to go to Pittsburgh and get a taste of what real authentic Italian food should taste like. These ppl need some serious cooking lessons. We will never go back again. I had to rate it 1 star to publish this review, otherwise I would not have rated it any stars.

        Some friends turned me on to Gondolier's and I have been there a dozen or so times. The food is excellent as is the service. My husband and I love to ride our Harley from Nashville to Lenoir City just to eat at this restaurant. They have Calsones, Pizza, Lasagne and more plus ALL YOU CAN EAT Breadsticks with warm marinara sauce. And don't get me started pm the desserts. It is worth the trip. I wish they would open on in Nashville!!!
