        I have used All State Plumbing & Construction Inc. for past few years for various plumbing and small construction needs. My former plumber retired and recommended them to me. I am a very satisfied customer and feel that I get a professional job and fair price.

        I have called All State Plumbing out to my home on numerous occasions and I have been completely satisfied with their service each time. I appreciated that the tech was honest and upfront on any expenses that I would have. Before I decided to make All State my first and only choice for a plumber, I had called other companies and had them individually come out and do estimates. In the end, it turned out that over half of the plumbers called out to my house had lied to me by making the problem out to be worse than it was. To have this "really bad" problem repaired, it was going to cost almost 3 times more than what All State Plumbing had estimated, and the actual problem needing repaired wasn't near as bad as these different companies would claim.

        I recommend All State Plumbing for any plumbing repairs you may have. They haven't let me down yet.

        I recommend them for any small construction needs you may have also. They added a room onto my house and built me a complete deck w/ solar lighting. Thanks!

        All State plumbing is very unprofessional and rude. I should have known this from the first phone conversation. I contacted them for a service call and they answered the phone with “hello”. I had to ask what company I was calling and when I did ask they were very rude. Upon arriving the plumbers were ready to destroy my home. When I asked for an itemized estimate the plumber looked bewildered. They were ready to take all of my money and do the job the wrong way. I stuck with my gut feeling and contacted another plumber who told me that they were giving me the wrong advice. Upon discussing this with the plumber he was very rude and vulgar. What was supposed to be a simple service job they tried to turn it into a home reconstruction project. I later learned they do construction as well. I did however pay a service charge, but I took my business else were.

        I am Ray Jung, the owner of this company and I know exactly who this potential customer is. We were the second plumbing company sent to her house by the warranty company they do business with. They also ran off the first plumbing company and made disparaging remarks about them. Now they are doing the same to All State Plumbing. The written complaint here is largely fabricated, vindictive, and does not represent All State Plumbing & Construction. The customer who wrote the complaint was not present upon our arrival nor during the service call. I personally advised the potential customer over the telephone, the best way to solve her problem because the warranty company would not cover all the necessary expenses. At that point, the father began to disagree and advise us how best to handle the job, becoming agitated and threatening. We left immediately to avoid conflict. There was no work preformed and after this visit, the warranty company advised the home owner that we were the 2nd plumbing company the potential customer had run off and was advised to pay the service charge. It has always been All State Plumbing & Constructions goal to provide our customers with quality service at an affordable price while maintaining positive business relationships.
