Barton Oak Apartments

Whatever you do, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT live here! The manager that was originally there left, and moved back to Florida. They hired some woman with a really nasty attitude. The office was smoked filled, she let all of her family move in. The maintenance guy was extremely lazy, and never got anything done. The trash bins stayed full, trash was everywhere including mattresses, and furniture. Noisy neighbors, loud music, people standing outside in front of your apartment windows late at night, people getting drunk. Also, people did laundry at whatever time they wanted, slamming dryers and leaving it dirty. Most of the time the washers/dryers didn't work. I didn't feel safe at all. Magic Touch Corporation is a joke. Don't bother calling them, they're just a ridiculous. Also, I was charged for extra stuff upon moving out that I had NO idea about. DO NOT rent from these people!!

good place to live,no big problems so far.

The apartment itself is nice but the management changes at least once a year. The current manger is very rude to the tenants and has a nasty attitude. Will not renew my lease be of management.

Owner Robert Rees is nonexistent even when there are problems occurring sometimes at the residence. He is never there for problems
