Do Not use these people!!! Dr. Barron is in with a few Personal Injury Attorneys. After going to Physical Therapy for THREE MONTHS they turn my file over to the Insurance Adjuster stating that my co-occupant and I were going to work full time during our Physical Therapy.

On one hand Dr,Barron is telling us that we NEED MORE PT because there is no way we can work, then they tell the adjuster (Falsely) that we were working. And apparently there is nothing I can do about it.

If this is not enough, when I get the check for the bill at his office it has mine and his name on it. I call the office and ask if I can get any kind of discount due to them being the reason I got NO compensation for Lost Wages in my settlement. Andrea at his office tells me that Dr. Barron has agree to knock 30% off my bill if I bring the check in to them. I take them the check and she tells me that I have to endorse it and as soon as it clears they will write me a check for the 30%. I get a call to day and they say:"Sir, I have been informed to tell you that this conversation is being recording and Dr. Barron is in my presence and listening to the conversation. Your bill is in collection so we are giving your check to the collection company who charges 31%."

UNBELIEVABLE!

They had a lien on the settlement so they new they would get paid as soon as it settled. there was no reason for sending it to collections.
