Kroger Fuel Center

I want to recognize what I consider outstanding customer service from Brianna W. I was approaching the checkout lines and she met me with a smile and was very polite throughout the transaction. I work in an industry that serves the public daily and with individuals like Brianna at your store, it really makes a difference. Customer Service is not very good in most locations, but I was very pleased with my buying experience at Kroger. I tried to tip her at the end of the transaction but she politely explained to me that she didn't think she could accept a tip. I try to tip service professionals that go above and beyond the call to take care of customers and I would like to recognize her for her professionalism and attention to service.

I think the gentleman name is Steven. He had clean the men's room and I was just extremely happy to be able to walk in such a clean bathroom. The next time I visit this store, which is weekly I will look for Steven and shake his hand again on a job well done. Thank You so much!!

We have used Kroger Pharmacy for years, and I think they do a great job. I can't imagine getting our prescriptions filled anywhere else; we buy groceries there, too. I don't care for some of my favorite brands being displaced with Kroger brands but don't mind the opportunity to comparison shop when it is offered to me. I don't get the new clothing and such being offered, however. Furniture was offered in that space first, and now clothing. I will be surprised if that part of the store does well.

I shop at this Kroger several times a week. Great customer service. Meat and seafood departments are excellent. Great selection.

this is the best deli EVER!!!! they hooked us up with thirty pounds of chicken breast on the grill in 45 minutes for our new restaurant... the chefs beack there are awesome!!!

When you buy frozen salmon in this store - make sure you see the skin of the fish. If it has red spots, or if you not see the skin covered by nice picture of "wild caught" "All natural" "Wild Salmon Filles" - you can be sure it was "wild caught" dead. The fish's meet is grey and even my cat does not eat it. We have thrown it away even though it was ~$6.99/pound. This Kroger is a shame. It does not deserve even 1 star.
