Razorback Piping Systems

Very pleased with this company. Called my home warranty company on Wednesday and they came out on Thursday. He tried to repair my hot water heater. They told me it was dangerous and needed replacing. The company called my home warranty company to get an ok to replace. Razorback was closed Saturday and Sunday. On Monday they installed my new heater. Yes I had to pay for code upgrades but that was explained to me by my home warranty company and Razorback. The installer ( Travis ) was very professional and courteous.

Beware! I was forced to do business with Razorback Piping Systems due to my home warranty when my water heater tank busted on a Saturday. The warranty service said Razorback was not available until Monday morning, but I could get my own plumber and be reimbursed. Rather than facing the fight to get reimbursed I opted to wait until Monday morning. Monday morning Razorback called to delay to afternoon. Afternoon they called to delay to Tuesday. Tuesday they called to delay until Thursday. Thursday they actually showed up, said they would be back tomorrow to install the tank. Friday afternoon, day 7 without water, I hadn't heard from them so I called. They said they couldn't make it until Tuesday and it would be $300 for adding a pressure tank and disposal. Last fall I payed $850 because of no warranty for a water heater, this included a new water heater, pressure tank, drain pan, and disposal. I received same day service in this case. With the copay I am paying $360 and waiting 11 days without water with the home warranty. Razorback Piping is obviously not afraid to take advantage when given the opportunity!
