I have lived in the the Otter Creek area for about 5 years now, and each and every time I go inside this post office the same lady there has never smiled or greeted me friendly. I really don't know what the deal is. I always speak nicely and greet with a smile. And I get nothing back, but asked what do I need. Just today she rudely told me that I can not use their tape anymore, and that I would have to use my own. Okay, That's fine, but I really wish she wasn't so aggravated about it. Put up a sign so you don't have to tell each and every person. I have been in there many times and have always used their tape with her permission, and never once has she said anything about it. It's not about the tape, it's about treating customers friendly and politely giving us updated information about company policies in a pleasant way. Maybe I am in the wrong, I just think after all the negative encounters, it has just taken it toll on me enough to write this review. She has even waited on me while talking on the phone, and I still continue to treat her with respect. I'm pretty sure that's not company policy, but you don't see me rushing to call management. I respect people jobs, and know that everyday can not be the best but come on already, at least have one good day. I just wish I did not have to cringe every time I am about to enter this place. -Peace,Love, and Happiness!
