Things may look good in appearance, however, it's a nightmare there. Please do some good thorough research before going there. The management are very unprofessional, they frequently can be heard cursing/swearing (management and consultants), they treat the staff terrible. They have ran off all the good staff because of how horrible they treat everyone, including the residents. If your loved one goes to the hospital, they will not let you come back if their condition is very bad because they are not qualified to care for someone who is very bad. They have discharged several just because they don't want to care for them. The state office of long term care are there a lot, although they need to be there on weekends and nights. I really loved the place when I first put mom there, but I finally had to move her.

This place has had state in the building more than any other nursing facility with multiple complaints. Check with the office of long term care before sending your loved one here.

If looking for a kind,loving,safe,well staffed place for your family member to apend there final Days then this isn't the place for them. This home has had office of long term care called on them many times the residents are treated as numbers not as humans the department heads are racist not only to staff members but towards residents as well.

Nice, bright, clean. Mom is happy there after another facility (that I thought was nice) was just too "dark and spooky" for her. She even likes the food most of the time and she is VERY picky. They have all her food preferences listed. The admissions director, Diane, is one of the nicest, most helpful people we've met on our whole journey - she's been there herself. Nursing services, therapy gym and services are excellent also. Dr. Liu from St. Vincent's Longevity Center is the visiting doc and their service was propmtly responsive to a major concern we had early on with a medication problem.



PLEASE NOTE that the correct location is 6411 Valley RANCH Drive (not Valley Drive) LR AR 72223 (not 09) and the phone to call is the one listed as the fax, 501-868-8857. This is located just east of the big Walmart on Cantrell/Rte 10, closer to PInnacle Mtn, and defintiely not in Southwest LR.

We have had my mother-in-law there two weeks and we are very pleased with everthing. The attention to details and loving care is wonderful.
