Wow, first off let me warn anybody that is thinking of taking their car to have it repaired here. Save yourself a loooooot of time and heartache and find another shop.

The owner, John is pretty much a scam artist.

1. He promised to waive the 1000 deductible and still have the car fixed perfectly. Several months down the line when my insurance settlement is almost ready, he places a hold on the settlement, demanding the 1000 deductible.

Ok, so this gets better...

2. According to my estimate, he "forgets" to replace about 4 or 5 major items listed on my estimate, big cost items ($500, $400, $600, etc.). And the work that was done was done horribly. I've never seen such a horrible job done to any car. I complained several times (more than 5, i lost count), and every time i complain, i get the run around, he acts oblivious, tells me i'm too picky, or tells me this is normal after an accident.

3. He refuses to give us a copy of the file (invoices, estimates, warranty info.)

4. He is definitely hiding something, probably all his lies and SCAMS.
