I've been living here since the Past six months and I would not to wish to live anywhere else but here. Lopez and Mouton are the coolest security gaurds. They are super helpful with everything.

William, a member of the maintenance staff at The Lorenzo responded to our maintenance request very fast. He was super kind and considerate the whole time he was replacing our light fixtures in the bathroom. He'll help you out with anything you need!

Living here is the move!!!!!!!!! The staff are all homies, especially Carla and D. Rod finesse (work with them to sign your lease). The events are actually fun, the apartments are clean and updated, you get free merch like every week. I've lived here for 2 years and I'm not trying to move any time soon

Today I submitted 3 service requests and within the hour a handyman had already been in an out of my room with everything as good as new ! (: his name was Enrique and he was super sweet !

Biggest shoutout to my favorite maintenance man William for actually listening to all of my concerns and fixing all of the issues in my apartment! I requested him to fix a floorboard, and he even offered to take care of my door lock and remotes! William is the real MVP!!!!

Stephen Oropeza was my leasing agent and was critical to my ultimate decision on the Lorenzo. His efficiency and sales acumen as well as demeanor and early leasing incentives gave the impression of being in a top management position. If he isn't the manager here, he definitely should be. The Lorenzo is a high-end student living community with sizable and fully furnished and equipped apartments. The security is tight and with all the resort style amenities and weekly activities and events, it's hard not to have a healthy social and academic life. Geoffrey Palmer strikes gold again in his first rate real-estate development empire. Living here as a USC student is second to none, you won't be disappointed with anything.

William did an amazing job for my work order! He was fast and even did some extra work that was found during the process. GHP management has always been phenomenal with their efficiency and service.

Portillo is the man! Super helpful when I went to the front desk. Best place to live.

This place is great, I have been here for a year with no problem. Whenever something gets broken or messed up in the apartment all I have to do is put in a service request and boom it's fixed, usually that day. The management has been super helpful with ALL of my needs. If you are nice and polite they will always be nice and efficient back. It's a huge complex and can be hard to maintain 24/7 but if you see something off or wrong just let them know and it is taken care of. The internet is also great, they have me set up so I never drop and the speeds are awesome. I recommend 100% for any LA newbie coming to school to live here for at least a year because you make lots of friends, and always have something to do around the complex with all of the events and amenities.

William helped us fix our shutter blades today. He is super friendly and proficient. I'm completely satisfied with his service.

The Lorenzo has excellent amenities with a solid location. Best part of living there is the super convenient shuttle. I ran into a few issues a while back but thanks to the great building manager Thomas, I was able to get them resolved right away!

David Rodriquez at the leasing office has been so helpful since day 1! He is always there if I need anything and even carried up all my groceries from my uber one day, bless him! Thanks David!

David, the best guy I think in leasing office. He's hard-working and dedicated to his work, when I have some problem, I will turn to him without any hesitation, and he never let me down! ! !

Had some parking issues however a swift chat with Aaron, the parking manager, was all i needed. I was very upset with the situation however he realized the severity of the issue and assured me everything would be fixed. Within 10 minutes he walked out of his office and made my day. I appreciate the professionalism and the fact that Aaron was able to keep his cool during the entire time. Thank you Aaron for everything

No complaints! Mail comes fast, work orders are completed quickly and efficiently (William, Hector, and Enrique are great), and the property is always kept clean and updated. Great amenities (pool, restaurant, movie theater, events)!

I placed a work order and Enrique and Ismael are really nice!!!!!!! Definite recommend USC students to live here!

The Lorenzo is really a good place to live. It has really good facilities for residents like those for ballgames and satisfying services to make residents feel the life here deserve the price.
