Petco

I find this location to have horribly rude customer service. I called 2 times and spoke with 3 people. The third person - Loraine not only placed me on hold for so long but swore she didn't have the product I was inquiring about when indeed the second person I spoke with said they did. The reason I was placed on hold again and for soooo long was because I was asking price. Loraine, insisted that they carry no such product. When asked to speak to a manager she informed that they were not at the store. So when to double check if the product existed, she came back saying they do carry it. So I went back to my ORIGINAL question on to the price, she insisted that's not what I called about. I did, so she then provided me a cost. Her attitude was horrific. During a recession like this when people are cutting back on spending, you think you'd be kind to customers and want them to come into the store to purchase - NOT DRIVE THEM AWAY before purchase consideration. I will not be shopping at PETCO for this product.
