I recently purchased my 3rd watch from Stein Diamonds and I couldn't be happier. It arrived just in time for my anniversary and my wife loved her new watch. I will always buy from them because my first watch that I bought broke and my local dealer wanted to charge me $450 to fix it. I had forgotten that the watch came with a lifetime warranty, so I sent it in and I saved $$$. So do I recommend them YES, they stand behind their product even after a 5 years..

I was going to buy new rolex from them but when i red those review no way and my riend was going to buy omega watch from them i told read reviews first he bought from somewhere else even better busn tell us care full when you buy from them thank,s go agian i will buy from jomashop.

Advertised one price, sold to me for another. Tried to get the difference back and told ""No, computer glitch."" would never return calls, felt uncomfortable that I cancelled the transaction after three days..four weeks later I am still waiting on a refund. A week ago I was told ""You'll get your refund in a couple of days."" and yesterday I was told ""You had your refund weeks ago.."" Obviously I am upset, especially when Im told..""You know, you could just go on paypal and request the money back, I dont know what else to tell you."" Beware of the worst customer service I have ever been subjected to. Shady business practices. I am not rich, it took me eight months to save that money, a christmas present for my husband..now I have nothing but hassel.

This is a sale for $160,000 Patek Philippe watch. They sent me the wire instructions and then waited 2 full business days and part of a Sunday to contact me. Contact me that the $160,000 watch I bought was now $210,000. They waited until 4:57PM Tuesday to notify me. That would give me 2 days to have wired the money and.........then they would be in control and call all the shots.

It is my belief that if this was legit they would have contacted me immediately on Sunday the 2nd of May. Instead they waited enough time that imo they were hoping the transfer was made and too late to stop. They figured wrong. Especially when on their site they said they have communications from 5AM! Did they answer any other emails at that time? Why not answer one for $160,000 unless you just wanted to delay and have the funds wired? That is why it is imo that I believe 100% that they are just crooks that got caught and after the comments by others, well then you decide. I would not trust them to take out my garbage. Michelle could have answered the email I sent on Sunday. She chose not to. She could have answered the email anytime on Monday. She chose not to answer on Monday. She could have answered any time during business hours on Tuesday. Michelle chose to wait until the banks were closed on Tuesday to contact me for the FIRST time. That would have given me 2 full days to make the wire and the timing WREAKS of a premeditated motive.

Here are their hours. I thought it a bit fishy that they did not respond qucikly for a $160,000 sale other than instructions to send the $$$$. No contact Sunday. So Monday I waited and waited and no contact. Then all day Tuesday. Until nearly 5PM. Telling me their litney of excuses and stories. I really don't care about their nonsense at this point. They should have called much earlier. Don't you think you would with a $160,000 customer? Maybe to say hello, thank you for the order, just respond to your question? NOTHING!!! Maybe even ""Don't send the funds until we locate the watch"" or some other LEGIT reaction?? That leads me to believe they wanted the funds first so they would have me in a tricky position at best when they tried to bump me $50,000 MORE. Well they were WRONG!!! They pulled it on the wrong guy at the wrong time. So here we are. This is my testimonial.

P.S. Stein Diamonds has decided to SUE ME in court for leaving reviews like the one I just posted and having a website with their name and ""Sucks"" on the end of it where I write the whole story. It also appears from the paperwork I was served that the ""Stein Family"" no longer owns this business. Kia Zoghi seems to be in charge. Just look at all the complaints and most have a ring of truth and many are in the past months.

Would give negative stars if possible. We visited the LA store and were told that the diamond was F color with SI1 clarity. It came with an EGL USA certificate. Our appraiser graded it as H, I2. He also said the measurements of the diamond did not match up with that of the certificate. Liars. Liars. Liars. Do not trust Stein Diamonds.

my wife is a well established plastic surgeon and I have a business with 70+ employees and we wonder why people like STEIN DIAMONDS CANNOT JUST TELL THEIR CLIENTS THE SIMPLE TRUTH LIKE WE DO IN OUR BUSINESSES!!! In my wife and my business that always worked and our clients come back even if there was problems with the transaction. WITH STEIN DIAMONDS WE WILL FOR SURE NEVER COME BACK, the day we ordered they take thousands of dollars from our credit card within hours and every time we call now for weeks we hear other stories. The last one was that they had our watch stolen from the mail room!!!! The week before it was supposedly shipped but we never received a shipping confirmation. We CANCELLED THE ORDER BUT HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY BACK AND THE WATCH IS NOT EVEN SHIPPED AND THE ORDER IS CANCELLED. Now we have all the work to dispute with the credit card and try to get thousands of dollars back that we already paid to the credit card. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD ON THE INTERNET. FOR US TO TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE THIS REPORT MEANS WE REALLY WANT TO WARN CONSUMERS. WE UNDERSTAND DELAYS AND THINGS NOT GOING PERFECT BUT THIS IS LIES AND FRAUD. STAY AWAY FROM STEIN DIAMONDS.

Would give zero stars if possible. Visited the store and bought a diamond that was supposed to be shipped. Was told would get an e-mail and/or call with shipment tracking number and additional invoice. Nothing. Phone calls and e-mails not returned for 2-3 days. Never received the tracking #. VERY stressful week. Everything arrived okay, but feel that once Stein took money, they didn't care anymore. Good deals BUT personal care, connection, and service lacking. Will not shop here again.

I was shopping for a three stone diamond ring for my wife for our 25th anniversary. I chose Stein based on internet reviews and location. I made an appointment with Paris (she was awesome) and with her expert help, I chose a stone and setting exceeding five figures. Needless to say, I was nervous, but Paris and staff took the time to explain the ""four c's"" and helped me pick a a fantastic stone and setting. I had done my homework and knew that she was being honest and forthcoming with all info. There were no surprises whatsoever. Communication, service and commitment was excellent and they did what they said they'd do. What more can you ask for. While I knew that their appraisal was too high, I took the ring to one of the foremost independent appraisers in LA and he still appraised it for $3500.00 more than I paid. My wife cried.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

We purchased a diamond necklace cross online as a Xmas gift for our Mother. In looking around at the malls there just was not a great selection and anything i would be expecting for the price range we were looking at. So while looking online i found the Stein Diamonds website and we found the selection and prices to be much larger and nicer. When we received the necklace it was as nice as I could picture, and packaged very nicely to give as a gift.

Rolex Sumariners are made to be worn. They can be worn as dress up or casual. I received a mint condition Rolex at thousands off the new price.

I bought matching Rolex watches for me and my husband from stein diamonds. The staff was very helpful and the shipping was very fast! I will come back for some bling for christmas...

The watch came with everything the dealer sells it with brand new and unworn.

i wear this gorgeous piece every day. This bracelet seems go be a one of a kind, as i have never seen another woman wearing anything like it. bob and i are totally satisfied. we have returned to stein diamonds to look at engagement rings.

I purchased a loose diamond on the internet from Stein Diamonds. They sold and provided paperwork for a diamond with color E, clarity VVS1 and 1.0 caret in size. They sent me a diamond with color H, clarity VS1 and 1.09 carets in size. When asked about the difference in color Stein said it was a difference in lab standards - BS not E to H. They hold themselves out to be professionals. The low price was just a bait and switch tatic.

I am a local customer here in Los Angeles and I just bought my first Rolex watch from Stein Diamonds this past week at their new showroom. The staff at Stein Diamonds is very friendly and helpful. I was extremely hesitant to buy such an expensive item over the internet, but luckily they are based out of Los Angeles and I could walk in to purchase in person. Their showroom is very nice and accommodating. I was able to choose my watch from about 30 similar ones. I went to another jeweler closer to my house this weekend and he verified the authenticity of my watch as well as the appraised retail value. I don't think I will ever pay full price for any item I can find online. I saved over $2000 and established a relationship with a great company that I will be working with again in the future.
