Adrian and Guadalupe were so helpful and friendly, they went way out of their way to be of assistance. They me so many things about The Bloc and things to do in DTLA and helped go over in detail their favorite coffees and snacks. They fully explained how the shots in the various drinks work and the milk and other things that go into it. The Power Up nuts Kind bar and cappuccino were really good. I had a really enjoyable experience and was extremely appreciative of the professionalism and incredibly kind and amiable demeanor of Guadalupe, I have no complaints and look forward to my next visit here.
