My now husband and I bought our rings from Berry's and put them on layway when I called to pay them off they misplaced my husbands ring. I was told buy the lady " we cant find it anywhere" and was instantly put on hold. A day later it was found and now both rings had to be sized we drove to Madison three times before we actually were able to leave with rings in hand. When my husband got home I tried on the ring it was still to small after already sizing my finger so we had to go back once again for them to size it right. The money we paid was not worth all the frustration and stress before our big day. I'm not done yet two days into my honeymoon (only having my ring on for two days now) where my ring had been sized with fake silver now looks like a fake fashion ring. Very dissatisfied and upset with Berrys and would not recommend them to anyone.

This shop gave me an excellent price for my jewelry, they were very professional and very nice. They worked super fast and even stayed a few minutes over to go through everything. Most places would have told me to come back but they were awsome!
