Chillis have good food and great customer service. I enjoyed the egg rolls and wings. My drink was with ice and fresh.

I want to know WHY can't a cook ; cook a Well Done No Pink Dry Steak?? I just don't understand . We tell the waitress Please a Well Done NO Pink! Dry No Juice and Not Burnt! Getting Very tired of it! I've about given up on Chili's.
