I took my computer (which was slow) in the Mon. before Thanksgiving and was told by the person at the desk in Madisonville that it will be done by Thanksgiving. Sounded good... I was also told several times that they have been in business for 18 years... I called and called and called, and even stopped by several times to check on my computer. I was told day after day after day that my computer was "on the bench". Ten days and $145.00 later I picked up my computer. Went home only to find out that my computer did not even work. I called to speak to the tech who worked on it. The lady at the desk told me he wasn't in. "He" was never in so I was use to hearing that excuse. I wanted to speak to him to find out what to do. Is it too much to ask for "him" to call me back. Instead, I was spoken to rudely, trying to talk over loud "office" noises. Was told to drop it off again. News flash "Not Happening"! After the way my computer was serviced and the customer satisfying factor, I will be extremely surprised if they stay in business another 18 months. I took my computer somewhere else. The tech told me to sit down & explain the problem. Within 20 mins. my computer was fixed, is still working great, and I was not charged a penny. Thank Goodness, there still are a lot of amazing people out in this world. Oh, by the way Merry Christmas !

My computer went in 10 days ago. Have called and called, told 'he' would call back, he never did. Told on the answering service to check ticket number computer to check it online! When we did talk with the bimbo at the desk in Madisonville, she said it would be done tomorrow, or this afternoon. It never was finished. They supposedly completely wiped it to start over. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS COMPUTER PLACE. We finally had to go buy a new computer.

Have been involved with these ...

Have been involved with these people now for 5 to 6 weeks and have spent $170.00 and still don't have a computer working Don't take your computer here if you care when you get it back. Dropped off two computers. Had to have windows reloaded on one. The other needed the drivers to the CD/DVD drive reloaded. Paid $45.00 up front for each. Was told it would only be a couple of days. More than two weeks later after checking multiple times finally get them back. The one that needed the driver reloaded they said needed windows reloaded which was another $100.00 so didn't have them do that. They did reload windows on the other one but when we tried to connect to the internet it won't, when it was taken back down there. was told that a dial up account was blocking it from connecting (never had dial up). Every time you call and check there is some kind of new story. All they'd have to do there is tell you it might be a couple of weeks. Have a disabled son who has really been disappointed not to be able to use his computer. Would not recommend this business at all.



No such thing as prompt service.

I dropped my computer off over 2 weeks ago. paid $45.+tax for computer checkup and they said they would call within 2 or 3 days to let me now the status of Comp. That was 2 weeks ago. I've called several times, just to be told if They havent called me they haven't started. I am very mad that even in small towns. The customer service stops after you've paid. I plan to be there personal and take my computer somewhere else. No Service. No more of my money.
