Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning

I would not ever recommend Cool-Ray to anyone. I've spent thousands on a new heating and air system and water heater but they have let me down over and over with their maintenance service. What a waste of time and trust in this company.

Total scam trust me !!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy

We have a water leak coming from the upstairs bathroom to our living room ceiling.



I researched for different plumbers around Marietta, GA for over an hour and came to the final decision to call Mr. Plumber. One of the worst decisions I've made after a thorough research. The plumber (I won't mention his name) came out to our house and "tried" looking for the root cause of the issue. He made 2 holes (one in bedroom and one on ceiling). He then says that this is something that he can't do and tells me to call a different specialist. I paid him $208 to make two holes and leave. He then stated that he would provide me with a few numbers I can call. He never called back.



Businesses like Mr. Plumber is all about money and does not care what kind of problem you have. They have a book listed with every single service with charges. The website says 10% discount if you schedule online. He gave me 5%. I highly advise not calling them and contact local businesses because they are the ones who will help and understand.

Coolray gets an A++ in my book. Professional techs, great service and superior service. I have new system from them with lifetime maintenance and all is GREAT so far!!!!!

I have been using them for years and paid them thousands of dollars over that time. Recently one of their HVAC Techs accidently damaged one the AC lines which caused a major leak in my attic. I had to pay over $700 in repairs to the ceiling and drywall. The tech called me to apologize and I called their office to ask for re-imbursement. They refused to pay us a single dime. I would fire them immediatly but I already paid for a 5 year maintenance contract.

It is quite clear that they do not value their customers and in the future I will be sure to hire another company.

Tyson, from Coolray, worked diligently at my home and even stayed late to find the source of my ac problem. He did a great job getting it back to working condition.

We called for Chris from Mr. Plumber and he arrived within an hour. He discovered the problem with the flood was overflow from a humidifier was blocked causing backup and the flood. He replaced and fixed everything. Great job.

We had service from Gary at our home. What a PRO, prompt professional, no mumbo-jumbo, simple explanation of what caused the problem and how he would fix it. Then he did! Coolray installed this unit in 1997 (Trane 1200). 3 service calls in 15 yrs. Hat's off to Gary and Cool Ray!
