Dealers Choice Public Auto Auction

Bought a car from them after being lied to about some things on it. That was 3 1/2 months ago and I STILL dont have my title and the only thing that got me so much as a phone call was leaving a note on their door saying I'd file a lawsuitif they didn't get in touch but they still haven't given me any info about the whereabouts of my title, just excuses why they can't tell me.

I bought my car on March 13th,2013 and after every month that passed I never received my title I just kept receiving 30 day tag extensions until one day the county tag office told me that me driving the car this long is illegal and they will discontinue printing me the 30day tags but even when the city stopped DCAA kept sending me 30day tags, My mom became sick of the situation so we dropped the car off and told them when they figure it out they should call us ... we never got a call so my mom took them to the civil court. The judged summoned them to pay me my money back even though the did not show up. We try calling them and it says there line is disconnected. I am still trying to get my money back with no luck (if anyone knows what I should do next please email me at xoxoserwaa@yahoo.com please) PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS!

Don't go there.!!!!!! my mom and dad was buying a car for my sister.. and it was devastating for her first car they went up there and got a car and she was going to drive it home and it BROKE DOWN. we had to spend money to get it towed home and paid thousands to fix it and its still not fixed. after we had paid the car off, we find out they don't even have the TITLE. so my dad called the lady who worked there and she said they lost it and we have to pay for it our selves and that's $150. so my dad said we were going to bring them to civil court and the lady and owner laughed on the phone.; I WAS LITTERALLY CRYED WHEN I HEARD THEM LAUGHING THROUGH THE PHONE. SO AFTER CHRISTMAS WE ARE BRINING THEM TO COURT. AND IF THERE IS ANYONE ELSE WITH THIS PROBLEM I HOPE YOU DONT LET THEM PUSH YOU AROUND LIKE THAT.WE WHENT TO THE LAWYER AND WE FOUND OUT THAT THEY ARE BUYING CARS WITHOUT THE TITLE AND SELLING THEM WHICH VIOLATES GEORGIAS LEMON LAW.

Great place! You can find anything from a $300 beater to a $3500 Lexus. Cars, trucks, vans, ATV's, the selection on the night I went was great! Felt like I got a really good deal & am very pleased. I'd buy from them again! Also attend Repokar car auction and like it very much. i recommend to everybody to visit it....Thanks

Be warned of this business theses people are awful and don't have any business sense. I bought a car from them two months (Paid Cash) and still have not received title are emissions sticker for car yet. Each time we call them they come up with another excuse why we still don't have our title. I have bought many cars through auction and never had any problems till I bought from this place. I recommend you stay far away from these business.
